♡ An hour to yourselfThat’s it.Why I Made ThisOne day, I was in the middle of a panic attack and I did not have time for it. So I grabbed some crepe paper, taped it to a pencil, put on my favorite playlist, and just started moving around my apartment.And I’m not even kidding — within a few minutes, it felt like a wave washed over me.Something about the music, the movement, and watching the ribbon float around me felt incredibly calming. It pulled me out of my head and back into my body. It made me feel lighter. More grounded. More creative. More like myself again.So I kept doing it.Over time, it became this little thing I’d come back to whenever I felt overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, uninspired, anxious, or creatively burnt out.I wanted to create something that felt expressive and beautiful without being intimidating.
