That idea you keep coming back to?

The one you think about in the shower. On your commute. At 2am when your brain won’t turn off.

You’ve probably tried to organize it a dozen different ways. A notes app. A planner that lasted two weeks. An overpriced course you bought, watched half of, and forgot about.

None of that worked. Not because those things are bad, and definitely not because something is wrong with you. It didn’t work because none of it gave you a daily practice: a calm, repeatable place to sit with your goal every single day and actually move it forward.

That’s what DreamNudge is.

A physical book. Shipped to your door every month. 31 daily pages that take whatever’s swirling in your head and turn it into one clear next step. Plus a full video walkthrough so you never sit there wondering “what do I write?”

No app. No algorithm. No hustle culture. No “fix yourself” energy.

Just you, a book, and a quiet way to keep going.

HERE’S WHY THIS WORKS

There’s a study from Dominican University that changed how I think about goal-setting.

Dr. Gail Matthews found that people who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them. Not think about them. Not talk about them. Write them down. On paper.

42%.

And it got better. When participants also committed to action steps and tracked their progress weekly, the success rate jumped to 76%. Compare that to the 43% success rate for people who just kept their goals in their head.

That’s not motivation. That’s not willpower. That’s structure.

Every daily page asks you to write your goal, choose a next step, and reflect on your progress. It’s the exact loop the science says works: baked into a book you open every morning.

You’ll Receive:

Your 31-Day DreamNudge Book

Shipped to your door. A focused, thoughtfully designed book with 31 daily pages — each one built to take your biggest idea and break it into something you can actually do today. You fill it in. You close it. You open it tomorrow. Next month, a fresh book arrives and you begin again with a new goal.

Daily Pages with Built-In Structure

Every page gives you a calm framework: check in with how you’re feeling, revisit your goal, write one clear next step, reflect on what’s working. The structure does the thinking: you just show up. This is the daily written practice that research shows makes you 42% more likely to follow through.

A Full Video Walkthrough

Page-by-page guidance so you never sit there staring at a blank page. Open the video, open the book, follow along. Watch it once to learn the system, revisit whenever you want. You’ll always know exactly what to do and why.

Gentle Structure That Doesn’t Break

Miss a day? Open the book tomorrow. Skip a page? Move on. Have a chaotic week and forget entirely? Start again on Monday. DreamNudge is built for real life. The structure holds you without squeezing.

What People Are Saying

“I’ve tried every planner on the market. DreamNudge is the first thing that didn’t make me feel like a failure when I missed a day. I just… opened it the next morning. And kept going. By the end of the month I had actually started the podcast I’d been talking about for two years.”

— Jess M., freelance designer

“I gave this to my sister and we’re doing it at the same time with different goals. She’s training for a half marathon, I’m launching an Etsy shop. We text each other every morning after we finish our pages. It’s become our thing. We’re both on month two.”

— Danielle F., maker + small business owner

“My ADHD brain has rejected every system I’ve ever tried. But something about DreamNudge just helps. I think it’s because it doesn’t punish you for being inconsistent. It just gives you a place to come back to. Also- I feel like I it helps me get to the core of my avoidance. If I’m stressed- I procrastinate but then I work it out in the Clarity CatcherI’ve done three months now and I.”

— Taylor R., content creator

“I kept my goals in my head for years and wondered why nothing changed. First month with DreamNudge, I landed a client I’d been too scared to pitch. Writing it down every day made it feel possible. Then it became real.”

— Monica L., photographer

LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT THIS ACTUALLY COSTS

$42 is less than most people spend on dinner and drinks on a Friday night.

It’s less than a hair blowout, something that lasts well around 1.5 days as long as long as you wear a shower-cap.

It’s roughly the price of a candle that burns out in a week or two.

For $42, you get a physical book shipped to you, over an hour of video guidance, and 31 days of structured goal-setting backed by research from Dominican University showing this exact type of daily written practice makes you 42% more likely to achieve your goals.

That’s $1.35 a day.

On the monthly plan, it’s just $1.13 a day.

Now here’s the part nobody talks about:

The most expensive thing you can do is keep your goals in your head.

Another month of “I’ll start Monday.” Another month of ideas that never leave the shower. Another month of watching other people do the thing you’ve been thinking about. That costs you way more than $42: it costs you momentum, confidence, and time you don’t get back.

FAQs

What exactly do I get?

A 31-day DreamNudge book shipped to your door, plus a video walkthrough of the system showing you how to use every page. The book has daily pages designed to take your biggest goal and break it into next steps.

What's the difference between $42 and the monthly subscription?

The $42 option is a single month, one book, one 31-day cycle. The monthly subscription is $35/month (save 15%). You get a new book in the mail every month for as long as you're subscribed. Same book system, same video access, just more time to build the habit and save a little money doing it.

How much time does this take each day?

Starting out, maybe 30-40 minutes while you're learning the flow. Once it clicks, most people settle into about 15 to 20 minutes. But there's no minimum. Some days you'll write a lot. Some days you'll write a line. Both count.

What if I miss a day?

Open the book the next day. That's literally it. No catching up. No guilt spiral. DreamNudge was designed by someone who misses days too. The whole point is that it welcomes you back.

Do I need to watch the video every month?

Nope. The video walkthrough teaches you the system once, how every page works and why. After that, you're set. You can revisit any section whenever you want, but you won't need to. The book becomes second nature pretty fast.

Do you offer refunds?

If a book has already shipped, we're unable to offer a refund due to the cost of printing and shipping each one. But if you'd like to cancel your subscription, just let us know! No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. You'll still have access to everything from the months you've already received.

When does my book ship?

Your first book ships within 3-4 business days of your order. For subscribers, each new book ships at the start of each month cycle.

Can I start a DreamNudge book club?

Yes, we love this! DreamNudge can be done as a solo practice or you can make it social. Get a group together, each grab your own book, and meet up weekly to share wins, talk through your goals, and keep each other going. What's great is once everyone has their book, they'll each have the video walkthrough too, so you can either watch it together or on your own, do the daily work on your own time, and then meet up to talk about it. There's actually a module in the video walkthrough dedicated to running your own DreamNudge book club, plus a spreadsheet with everything you need to get started. Some of our favorite stories come from friends and family doing it together. Grab your people.

Meet the founder

hello there :)

Hi, I'm Amy :) I created DreamNudge because I lived the creative struggle myself. I did stand-up comedy in New York and LA starting at 19, grinding through open mics while working survival jobs, then put myself through college at FIT studying advertising and marketing. I eventually landed my dream job working at a comedy podcast network founded by one of my favorite comedians.

But throughout my whole life in creative fields, I noticed the same thing: the people who get traction aren't always the most talented. They're the ones who believe in themselves enough to consistently try. I also noticed something else: when my creative friends weren't working on their goals, they felt sad and stuck. But when they were creating, it was like a light came back on. They were themselves again.

I started making it my mission to be a cheerleader for them, and for anyone who ever told me they regretted not pursuing a creative dream, just encouraging them to do a little bit each day. Because I recognized it in myself too. Nobody can move your hands for you. You have to believe in yourself AND take action.

So I spent three years building a system that combines both, and DreamNudge was born.

Because being creative isn't a privilege. It's a birthright. And we all deserve to find the time for it.
