THE SIX-WEEK ARC

Week 1: The DreamLine and Your First Clarity Catcher
Choose your Dream Anchor (the one area calling for your attention). Build your DreamLine, a visual map of where you want this dream to land. Learn the Clarity Catcher, your foundational daily tool. Five practice pages built into the workbook so you can start that week.

Week 2: Meet Your Feelings and Take the Dream from 1 Month to 1 Week
Add the Thoughts and Feelings Factory and the Emotional Alchemy Map (because dreams don't move forward without emotional fluency). Break your 1-Month goal into weekly milestones. Five more Clarity Catcher pages.

Week 3: Daily Pages Begin
This is when the DreamNudge journal officially opens. The full daily ritual starts here, including DreamSpill, DreamPlan, DreamBlock, the Imagination Visualization, and the Wishburst evening practice. By now, the foundation is laid and the daily practice lands softly instead of crash-landing.

Week 4: Meet Resistance
What procrastination is actually trying to tell you. Five gentle ways through it. Practice walking one avoidance through the system.

Week 5: Your Dream Is a Project
Light project management without the spreadsheet energy. Goals, milestones, critical paths, scope creep, weekly reviews. The five concepts every dreamer needs.

Week 6: The Art of Showing Up
Consistency, identity, detachment, and making this practice yours forever. A letter to your future self. What comes after the six weeks.

THE PACING IS INTENTIONAL

The daily pages in your journal do NOT start until Week 3. That is on purpose. Most goal-setting programs throw everything at you on day one and you quit by day eight. DreamNudge lays the foundation for two weeks first, so that when the daily practice begins, you already have the Clarity Catcher in your hands and emotional fluency under your belt.

Trust the pacing. It's designed this way for a reason.

THE FRAMEWORKS UNDER THE HOOD

The 6-Week experience incorporates James Clear's identity-based habits, expressive writing research (Pennebaker, 1986), specific goal-setting (Locke and Latham, 2002), implementation intentions (Gollwitzer, 1999), CBT and REBT frameworks, Stoicism, manifestation and the Law of Assumption, light project management, and a soft layer of nervous system awareness throughout.

It is offered as a recreational goal-setting and passion project management experience.
