Participation in DreamDance, ribbon movement sessions, workshops, events, guided exercises, classes, live experiences, and physical activities is voluntary.

Participants accept responsibility for:

stopping participation if discomfort occurs

Participation occurs entirely at user discretion.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If DreamNudge offers memberships, subscriptions, premium communities, recurring services, digital access programs, or ongoing experiences:

Users remain responsible for managing subscriptions and account status.

User Generated Content

If users submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, community posts, event materials, or other content, users grant DreamNudge a non exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, archive, and distribute content for educational, promotional, operational, marketing, and community purposes.

Users represent they possess rights necessary to provide submitted content.

Photography & Media Release

DreamNudge events, workshops, community experiences, DreamDance sessions, and live programs may involve photography or video.

Participants grant permission for DreamNudge to use media for:

archives
promotional materials

Participants may request exclusion where reasonably feasible.

AI & Technology Use

DreamNudge may use:

artificial intelligence tools

DreamNudge shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, cancellations, failures, or performance issues caused by circumstances outside reasonable control including:
