Thank you for supporting DreamNudge ☁️ We are a small business and many of our products are made, prepared, packaged, printed, assembled, or fulfilled in small batches.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Certain products may require additional preparation time, including but not limited to:

  • Physical workbooks
  • Ribbon kits / DreamDance materials
  • Limited releases
  • Made-to-order items
  • Small batch products
  • Event materials or mailed experiences

Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, DreamNudge is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at dreamnudge@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloads, classes, PDFs, templates, videos, and other electronically delivered materials are typically delivered immediately or within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email address and checking spam/promotions folders.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Printable products
  • PDFs
  • Classes or video content
  • Workshops or digital experiences
  • Memberships
  • Downloadable resources
  • Opened physical items
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert support email] with:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of issue
  3. Photos of item and packaging

If approved, DreamNudge may provide:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion

Requests submitted outside this window may not be eligible.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows Delivered, DreamNudge is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.

Customers should first:

  • Check with household members
  • Contact building management
  • Check nearby delivery locations
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Event Tickets & Experiences

Tickets, workshops, experiences, classes, and event registrations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If DreamNudge cancels an event, attendees may receive:

  • Rescheduled access
  • Store credit
  • Refund, at DreamNudge’s discretion
