  • promotional offers
  • discounted items
  • gift cards

Access, viewing, downloading, opening, attending, using, or participating does not create refund eligibility.

Physical Products

Physical products are generally final sale.

DreamNudge does not accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • preference changes
  • scheduling conflicts
  • unused items
  • opened products
  • dissatisfaction based solely on expectations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If a physical order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • materially incorrect

Contact DreamNudge within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • order number
  • description of issue
  • photographs of product
  • photographs of packaging if available

DreamNudge may, at its discretion:

  • provide replacement
  • provide store credit
  • provide partial refund where appropriate

Failure to report within the stated period may result in denial.

Event, Workshop & Experience Policy

DreamNudge events, workshops, classes, memberships, DreamDance sessions, live experiences, digital gatherings, and community offerings are non refundable.

Missed attendance does not create refund eligibility.

Failure to attend does not create refund eligibility.

Schedule conflicts do not create refund eligibility.

Participant dissatisfaction alone does not create refund eligibility.

If DreamNudge cancels an event, DreamNudge may choose to provide:

  • replacement access
  • rescheduling
  • store credit
  • refund at DreamNudge discretion

Memberships & Subscriptions

If recurring memberships or subscriptions are offered:

Users remain responsible for managing their subscription status.

Failure to cancel does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Unused access does not create refund eligibility.

Partial usage does not create refund eligibility.

DreamNudge reserves the right to modify offerings, content, pricing, access, and membership features.

Chargebacks

Users agree to contact DreamNudge before initiating payment disputes, reversals, or chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of access
  • membership cancellation
  • restriction of future purchases
  • account review

DreamNudge reserves the right to provide purchase records, access logs, download records, attendance records, communications, and related documentation in response to disputes.

Delivery Issues

DreamNudge is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs
  • weather
  • incorrect addresses
  • third party systems
  • internet issues
  • spam filters
  • platform outages

Customers remain responsible for providing accurate information.

No Guarantee of Results

Refunds are not provided due to:
